This week it’s an embarrassment of riches, with all our shows rating highly.

Topping the list are Taylor’s Era’s Tour on Disney Plus, Binge’s new mystery thriller High Country, Stanley Tucci’s pasta fest on SBS Food and Kristin Wiig’s fabulously good fun Palm Royale.

As for Physical 100 — we’re exhausted just thinking about this intense, but excellent, reality series!

It’s me. Hi. I’m the person who knows nothing about Taylor Swift — it’s me. No, that’s not entirely true: she’s ubiquitous enough that I can hum more than a few of her tunes. But I didn’t get tickets to her recent shows in Australia. Instead, I tuned into this much-hyped show to see what all the fuss was about. And I must say — I get it now! She’s one very talented lass.

A High Country (Binge)

Really enjoying dipping into Binge’s latest mystery thriller, which sees Wentworth star Leah Purcell playing a small-town cop investigating a series of mysterious disappearances in Victoria’s High Country. Purcell’s performance, coupled with the stunning cinematography and pacy story, make this bingeable series genuinely engrossing — I can’t for the life of me pick where it’s all headed. Eagerly awaiting the next episode.

A-Palm Royale (Apple TV Plus)

Kristin Wiig’s incredible wardrobe! That’s it! That’s the review! But in all seriousness, the fashion in this show is to die for, and I’m loving taking a trip back to 1969 to spend time with Maxine Simmons and her haughty cohorts with their fabulous frocks. This show has been called “un-serious” — but that’s precisely why I’m loving it. That, and those gorgeous gowns.A winning formula.

B Stanley Tucci: Searching For Italy (SBS Food)

I’m off to Italy in June, so inhaling the second season of this great foodie travelogue. Tucci’s natural curiosity and easy charm make him a delight to spend time with as he jaunts across Italy sampling some truly scrumptious-looking cuisine. Quite how he remains so toned while snarfing all those carbs is truly beyond me. This is great inspo ahead of my trip.

B Physical 100 S2 (Netflix)

Thought that real-life Squid Game show on Netflix was intense? You ain’t seen nothing! This Korean series sees 100 of the fittest people on the planet take part in what can only be described as sadistically hard physical challenges. They compete in individual and team challenges to test their strength, balance, agility, endurance, willpower and strategy, with the last man standing crowned the ultimate physical speciman. Addictive.
