The dynamic Burnleigh display by Celebration Homes is designed with extended families in mind.

Celebration Homes Designer Michael Dos Santos said the home was inspired by multigenerational living, with the ability to adapt the residence to suit your family’s lifestyle.

Speaking to New Homes, Mr Dos Santos said the design was incorporated into the range to meet a need for large and growing families.

“This is our first five-bedroom design, which also has the ability to feature a second ensuite,” he said.

“It is quite common for clients to request a third bathroom for their home, so their parents can live with them. This was previously something we did not offer as a standard home design.

“We felt creating options for the floor plan would also benefit multigenerational families.”

The flexibility of the design caters to all kinds of multigenerational arrangements, whether it’s a parent needing special care, a young adult staying home to save, or grandparents helping to look after the kids.

A private and simple entryway ensures no room is wasted on the block, welcoming you into a large, open-plan living area. Five bedrooms, as well as a cinema room ensure each family member has their own private sanctuary.

An activity area for the little ones to play is also cleverly positioned from the main living room.

“It is visible from the kitchen, so the kids can be seen playing but are far enough to hide all the clutter,” Mr Dos Santos said.

Storage is no issue here. The kitchen is outfitted with a premium extended Caeserstone benchtop, providing plenty of surface area to prepare family feasts.

A unique glass splashback provides a window to the outdoors and allows the sun to light up the space. Stylish dark Caroma tapware is fitted throughout, perfectly contrasting with the bright, white aesthetic.

Mr Dos Santos said the master suite, separated from the rest of the home, was a standout.

“With dual walk-in robes, a large ensuite and open shower, there is plenty of space. It creates a resort-style feel,” he said.

A Colorbond roof protects the property and will keep it energy-efficient for a lifetime.

With low-maintenance yards and a secure double-car garage, an easy lock-and-leave lifestyle is on offer.

The display home is open for viewing on Wednesdays from 2-5pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 12-5pm.
