Rottnest Island Gin launched two new gins earlier this month, created with sustainably-sourced marine and terrestrial botanicals, native to both the island and WA.

The launch took place at The Leadlight in Northbridge, with guests enjoying a tasting and cocktails to celebrate despite the heavy rain outside.

The two products unveiled included the coastal gin, described as a “bright savoury reflection of the ocean” infused with the Rottnest Island scallop shell, along with the coastal island daisy.

The brand’s wild gin was also showcased which has herbaceous and peppery flavours thanks to a bouquet of WA natives, strawberry gum and bush mint.
