Dayne Brajkovich walked out of hospital on Saturday morning with a large bandage covering his neck and authorities by his side after the knife attack in Kings Park. The former Hells Angels enforcer was joined by his wife Jacinta as he left Royal Perth Hospital’s trauma unit about 10.20am after having surgery overnight for a serious neck injury. The 44-year-old had a large bandage on the left side of his neck and a heavily bandaged finger as he strolled barefoot from the RPH corridors. It is believed he may have injured the finger trying to defend himself. He remained tight-lipped when questioned by The West about the attack on Friday night, which left him with serious wounds. Brajkovich — who was wearing one of his signature tank tops — and Jacinta were ushered into a car by a police officer before being driven away. The couple, who were in Kings Park at the Ministry of Sound concert on Lovekin Drive, were followed by a convoy of police cars. Multiple officers could be seen keeping a close eye on the halls of RPH during the ex-bikie’s stay. Witnesses to the incident described seeing Brajkovich holding his throat after the stabbing — which is understood to have happened after an altercation between a group of men about 9.50pm. Paramedics could be seen working to stabilise his condition as thousands of concert-goers left the open-air venue. “I thought he was going to die,” one witness told The West Police confirmed the attack soon after. “There’s been an altercation before what appears to be, a person was subject to an attack with a knife,” a spokesperson said. Police on Saturday said that multiple people involved in the altercation fled the scene on motorbikes.
