Busselton Brass are performing a concert on Sunday, June 24 at the city’s Lifestyle Village.

The performance is one of a series of concerts the band will perform this year.

Guests will be treated to musical entertainment including classical, traditional brass band and contemporary pieces.

Established in 1871, the band is one of the oldest brass bands in WA. The concert costs $10 per person including afternoon tea, and will start at 2.30pm.

Band member Di Guthrie said the band were always looking to extend the ensemble. She said the group was looking at starting a development band for novice players.
