Geographe Cycle Club past and present members gathered at the Undalup Room at the City of Busselton administration offices on Thursday to celebrate the club’s 20th anniversary.

Club founder Dennis Lane and his wife Betty were among the guests to attend the celebration.

The 87-year-old initiated the formation of the club back in 1997 after moving from Perth to Dunsborough.

Mr Lane has since retired from the club, but was presented with life membership at the celebration.

The club also launched its history book, From Then to Now, which includes information from more than 40 interviews.
