Eagles swoop on locals

West Coast Eagles players got to know Busselton on Tuesday night at a panel event at the Busselton Football Club.

The visit was part of the club’s two-day community camp.

Four-time AFL premiership winner and midfield coach Sam Mitchell headlined the event.

Players Tom Barrass, Jeremy McGovern, Elliot Yeo and Luke Shuey then took to the stage for an entertaining panel hosted by West Coast Eagles media guru Steve Bandy.

Several items were auctioned off.

All the funds raised were donated to the Busselton Football Club and the South West Regional Football Development Council.
