Free burgers help spread Christmas spirit

The Dunsborough Community Church is encouraging beach-goers and the wider community to join them at the Dunsborough Boat Ramp on Sunday for a free burger by the beach.

Organiser Karen Kirkham said everyone in the community was welcome to attend the event and enjoy a free burger as a Christmas gift from the Dunsborough Community Church.

Ms Kirkham said she hoped the event would remind people of the gift of love and the real meaning behind Christmas. “We just want to encourage people to simply relax, eat and enjoy a nice Sunday lunch together in the spectacular place that they live,” she said.

There will also be face painting for the kids, beach limbo and other beach activities which will take place at the old Dunsborough Boat Ramp from midday.
