Information sought on brazen thief

Dunsborough police are appealing for information regarding several burglaries that took place in the Dunsborough Town Centre on Thursday March 28 between 2.30am and 5.30am.

The person of interest is considered to be a Caucasian male of average build who was wearing a black hooded jumper with grey/cream cuffed pants, black shoes and riding a green push bike.

Dunsborough police Constable Georgia Payne said the culprit forced entry to three businesses causing damages to doors and locks before escaping with cash registers.

“If there is anyone who has seen or recognises this person or notices anyone with a covered face riding around at early hours of the morning please contact police,” she said.

“Any member of the public can contact us at any time of the day to report a description or suspicious behaviour.”

CCTV captured footage of the brazen thief at Squidlips Fish and Chips, Empire Homewares and Ocean Fresh Seafood.
