Busselton’s future footy stars were on display last week when six Towns Junior Football Club players were recognised for playing 100 games for the club.

Zack and Jonte Hatton, Joshua Graham, Jessy Grimshaw, Kaiden Radich and Jesse Taylor were recognised for their loyalty and hard work after putting in countless hours.

Jonte said he was passionate about AFL and improving his skills to reach the next level.

“I play rover and I’m working on my kicking,” he said.

“All my family has played for Towns and I love it because we play hard and it’s fun.” Fellow midfielder Josh Graham said one of his favourite memories of junior football was “taking a hanger” for Towns because they were the best local team.

“It’s the Australian sport and I love playing with my mates,” he said.

“I’m trying to work on my tackling and marking.”
