Leadership shake up for Busselton Chamber of Commerce

The new financial year has welcomed new beginnings for the Busselton business community as the chamber shakes up its leadership.

Due to family commitments and personal pursuits Busselton Chamber of Commerce and Industry chief executive officer Michael Smart resign, sparking a reshuffle.

Bronwyn Watt took over the position as acting chief executive along with her position as chief operating officer.

The streamlined approach also saw Matthew Wright return to his role as president and vice president role now taken up by Michael Brown.

The chamber also bid farewell to its membership manager Tiffany Van Halen.

In an email yesterday afternoon, the chamber assured its members Mr Smart would continue on with the projects he implemented as his time as chief executive, which will continue to benefit the wider business community.
