Longboarders back in action

The Indian Ocean Longboard Club is holding its first competition of the year tomorrow at Yallingup beach.

Competition starts at 7am with members and visitors welcome.

Indian Ocean Longboard Club president Paul Burke said the competition was always fun.

“We hope to see as many participants as possible, so come on down,” he said.

The club is also seeking artists to design a classic logo and poster for the 2019 Yallingup Malibu Classic held on November 30-December 1.

The lucky artist will also incorporate the major sponsor’s logo, Indian Ocean Longboard Club logo and minor sponsors for trophies, shirts and hoodies.
