Members of Geographe Bay Music will be front and centre on Thursday, June 14 when the band hit the stage for their annual mid-year concert.

All GBM bands will be performing on the night, including two jazz, three symphonic, five contemporary, vocal and ensemble groups.

Launching its new name in late 2016, Geographe Bay Music links students from Busselton Senior High School, Cape Naturaliste College, and Geographe, West Busselton, Dunsborough, Busselton and Vasse primary schools.

Head of music Nicky Hair said audiences could expect a range of music on the night.

“It’s an amazing opportunity for the students to perform at a high standard, with professional lighting and sound, and usually a very appreciative audience,” she said. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for concessions or $30 for a family (two adults and two children).

Tickets include supper and are available at the door.
