Hard work and perseverance will pay off tomorrow when Dunsborough man Dr Edward Gifford launches his self-help book, Broken to Whole: How To Put Humpty Together Again.

Dr Gifford is a professional business, life and career coach.

“Life throws all of us curve balls and we can either break up or wake up,” he said.

“Like Humpty, some of us have a great fall, hit rock bottom and feel shattered, broken and in pieces, and despite ... the love and support of family and friends, ultimately we have to do the work ourselves.”

The launch will be tomorrow at 4pm at Barefoot Books, Busselton. To book, call the store on 9751 3905.
