The Busselton Rotary Club is hosting its third annual quiz night to raise money for the South West Autism Network (SWAN.)

SWAN president Ant Pursell says the night is about promoting the work that they do and to raise funds for the organisation.

“It’s important is to let people know what SWAN do in helping those with autism and their families in early intervention and diagnosis, in how to navigate the multitude of problems getting a paediatrician and moving through the NDIS and the steps in working with their children and many more important ways to assist families.”

Mr Pursell says they need to raise funds in order to continue their important work.

Siesta Park have donated the major prize this year, which is a three-night stay at the holiday park.

“We aim (on) the night at having lots of fun and there will be lots of prizes and giveaways, as we’re really well supported by local businesses,” committee member Chris White said.

The quiz night is on Friday May 12 at Churchill Park Hall, with doors opening at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.

Tickets are $20 per person, with tables of up to eight people.

Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and nibbles and a bar will be available to purchase drinks.
