The Busselton Royal Flying Doctor Service is holding a community road show fundraiser at Sharp’s Motor Museum in Vasse. The RFDS has been providing valuable healthcare services to the Australian community for 95 years. The event is to raise awareness but also much-needed funds for the organisation. Larr Rose and Brenda Malauski from the RFDS western operations will be talking about the work RFDS does and how they raise funds. “People can come down, have some morning tea, have a look at the museum and also hear about how we fundraise money and what the funds go towards,” Busselton RFDS liaison officer Melodie Embry said. The event is at 10am on Friday, July 21 at Sharp’s Vintage Motor Museum. Tickets are $15 per person, RSVP by calling 0427 691 071 by July 14.
