solar hub set

Catherine MasseyBusselton Dunsborough Times

A PowerBank installed in Vasse last year to store excess solar energy is ready to be trialled, the City of Busselton has announced.

In partnership with Western Power and Synergy, the power bank will allow Busselton residents to share in “virtually stored” power from households who generate solar energy.

Mayor Grant Henley said it was pleasing to see the City selected for the trial, which supported its efforts in reducing carbon emissions.
