Top tier venues to trial premium Harvey Beef products for menus in Capes region

South West foodies have been treated to an evening of fine dining as a major agriculture company showcased its new products. Tattarang’s Harvest Road Group hosted an exclusive event at The Tiller Farm in Yallingup last month as part of the introduction of its Harvey Beef Reserve and West River’s Wagyu brands. The intimate Chefs’ Table event drew esteemed guests from the region’s culinary world, including Vasse Felix head chef Cam Jones and Leeuwin Estate’s Dan Gedge. Guests sampled an exquisite five-course menu curated by venue owner and head chef George Cooper, which showcased the exceptional quality and distinct flavours of the company’s premium beef. Harvest Road chief commercial officer Mark Wiedermann said he was thrilled at the launch of the new ranges. “This region is brimming with some of our State’s best chefs who do an exceptional job of showcasing local produce in their world-class restaurants,” he said. “We’re proud of our WA provenance and are looking forward to partnering with these chefs to highlight the exceptional quality of these products.” Mr Jones said the Harvey Beef Reserve oyster blade has been used on the Vasse Felix menu for a while. “I enjoy using it for its quality and consistency,” he said. The South West launch marks the beginning of Harvest Road’s collaborations with local chefs, ensuring that the new beef ranges become a regular feature on menus of the region’s finest dining establishments.
