Vocal response to Christchurch
A series of choir workshops dubbed the “Voice it” pop ups will be held at St Georges Family Centre Dunsborough in response to the tragic Christchurch massacre.
The first Pop up will be held on Sunday April 7 at 3pm with participants singing “Zombie” by the Cranberries with lyrics posted online for participants to download.
Voice It organiser Susan Siegrist said she was hoping for a big turn out to the activism event with several local musicians donating their time.
“Through song we will voice our message for humans to be more humane, it’s about promoting tolerance, respect and love all across the world,” she said.
