Wet weather to continue into the weekend for Busselton and Margaret River

Wet weather will continue into the weekend along the Capes, along with high swells up to five metres.

The on and off stormy South West weather which battered the State throughout the week may have calmed, rain is almost guaranteed to continue.

Friday was the windiest day of the weekend with gales reaching up to 90km/h in some places, however calmer winds are expected come Saturday.

Across the Capes temperatures are expected to peak at only 19 degrees.

Sunday: max 17, cloudy with a very high chance of rain and light winds

Yallingup forecast

Saturday: max 18, cloudy with a chance of showers

Sunday: max 19, cloudy with a very high chance of rain

Margaret River forecast

Saturday: max 17, cloudy with a high chance of rain

Sunday: max 17, cloudy with morning rain.

Augusta forecast

Saturday: max 17, cloudy with very high chance of rain
