Victorian domestic arrivals pose a bigger threat to Western Australia’s COVID-19 recovery than international flights, according to Australia Medical Association State president Andrew Miller.

Speaking to The West Live host Jenna Clarke from 8.45am, Dr Miller is expected to discuss the NSW-Victoria border closures and explain why he's calling for an urgent review of the planned move to phase five restrictions.

Taking to Twitter overnight, Dr Miller said State and Territory Governments needed to keep a close eye on borders.

"Victorian domestic arrivals present a bigger threat to most states now than international flights," he said.

"Watch the state borders if you want to control this. Who? Why? Tested? Quarantined?"

Dr Miller will also touch on WA Premier Mark McGowan's strong comments yesterday surrounding Clive Palmer’s court case against the State borders.

Indonesia Institute President Ross Taylor will also be on the show to provide an expert look at Bali’s plans to welcome international visitors from September 11.

Later on the show, Australian Influencer Marketing Council chairman and tech guru Detch Singh will join Clarke to explain how new influencers regulations will impact Instagram operators and what changes are expected for everyday users.

Mr Singh will be quizzed on punishments if brands and their clients don’t comply, given the regulations won't be government-mandated.

After 9am, The West Australian's Inside Cover editor Ben O'Shea will finish the program off on a high by sharing quirky stories from across the State.
