Four young teenagers have been rushed to hospital following a fiery car crash in Rivervale this morning.

A Toyota Camry was travelling along Roberts Road, near Gladstone Road and Surrey Road, at 9.30am when the driver is believed to have lost control of the car and slammed into a tree.

The car — which was carrying four children aged between 13 and 15 — burst into flames shortly.

The young driver and three passengers suffered serious injuries. Two were rushed to the Perth Children’s Hospital, while the others were taken to Royal Perth Hospital by St John Ambulance.

The West Australian understands the Camry had been reported as stolen.
