Siesta Park fatal crash marks second road related death in the South West over the long weekend

Police are investigating the death of a 27-year-old man following a fatal crash in Siesta Park this morning, the second road death in the South West over the long weekend. Around 12:30am a Nissan X-Trail heading west on Caves Road struck a bridge railing. The single occupant of the vehicle died at the scene from his injuries. The roads have since been cleared, with traffic resuming normally. The Siesta Park crash follows another fatal crash in Yalyalup on Friday night.
