Woman assaulted at rock festival

Busselton detectives are seeking the public’s assistance with their investigation into a sexual assault on a 23-year-old woman at the Oz Rock music festival on Saturday night.

The incident occurred between 10pm and 11pm at the festival at Barnard Park.

The victim was about 10m from the front of the stage when she was approached by a man who sexually assaulted her.

The man is described as between 30 and 40 years of age with red tinged beard and shoulder-length dreadlocks.

He was also wearing a red t-shirt and board shorts.
