Youths banned from Skate Park

Sarah IsonBusselton Dunsborough Times

The City of Busselton and Busselton police have taken drastic measures to prevent further incidents at the Busselton skate park, after enforcing a three month ban on three youths following a string of “unacceptable behaviour”.

On January 12, the City issued Refusal of Entry Notices to three juveniles who would be banned from entering the youth precinct, Busselton Foreshore after City property laws were breached.

If found on premises during the three month ban, the youths could be charged with trespassing and face police prosecution, which would result in an extension of the issued ban.

Busselton police have asked people to respect one another while enjoying public facilities in future.
