After pulling off a convincing 25-point victory over Donnybrook during round nine, Harvey-Brunswick-Leschenault will find themselves with another chance to topple Busselton. For the second time this season, the Lions and the Magpies will go head to head — this time at Brunswick Oval on Saturday. The Lions will be going into the match as one of the top three teams with a 6-2 record after their win over Donnybrook at home on Brunswick Oval. The contest with the Magpies will be the second home fixture in a row for the Lions as they look to continue consolidating their top position. For Busselton, it will be a chance to redeem themselves after suffering a crushing loss to the Collie Eagles by seven points at Collie Recreation Ground last weekend. The Magpies sit in sixth position on the ladder with their 4-4 record after being pushed out of the top five by the Eagles. Last time they met, the Lions managed to hold off the Magpies 14.9 (93) to 13.4 (82) at Sir Stewart Bovell Park during the opening round of the season. Despite Busselton managing the early lead with majors from Aidan Fraser and Reegan Mrsich, the Lions were able to rally together and make a comeback with Taine Williams kicking six goals for the match. However, in previous meetings at Brunswick Oval, Busselton hold the historical advantage having won two of their last three meetings at the venue.
