Two emergency fire warnings have just been issued for the Yallingup townsite and Injidup in the City of Busselton.

DFES issued the alert for the Yallingup townsite at 7.02pm which said people needed to act immediately to survive because lives and homes were in danger.

It said homes in Yallingup would be under threat in one hour.

The fire started near the intersection of Duckworth Place in Naturaliste.

It is moving fast in a south westerly direction.

Firefighters are on the scene, however it is out of control and unpredictable.

If the way is clear, people should leave now for a safer place.

People in Dawson Drive and Wardanup Crescent can leave in a southerly direction.

The cause of the fire is unknown.

Another fire in Injidup is also threatening live and homes.

The alert was issued at 7.43pm and said homes west of the Cape Cairault Road and Teatree Rise intersection would be under threat in two hours.

The bushfire is moving fast in a westerly direction and is out of control and unpredictable.

Some roads may be closed.

A bushfire watch and act is also in place for people in the Injidup townsite.
