A teenage girl has been rushed to hospital with “multiple” snake bites after she was attacked at a property north of Brisbane.

Emergency services were called to the private residence at Dayboro in Queensland’s Moreton Bay shortly before 11.30pm on Monday.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said the girl, aged in her mid-teens, suffered “multiple bites to the foot” in the attack.

She was rushed to Caboolture Hospital in a stable condition.

The species of the snake is not yet known.
