Amen Thompson has scored 23 points, Tari Eason added 20 and Houston have avoided elimination with a 115-96 rout of the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 4 of the NBA's Western Conference playoff series.
The Rockets got their first win in the series after falling into an 0-3 hole despite missing injured Kevin Durant for a third game.
The Lakers were led by Deandre Ayton, who had 19 points and 10 rebounds before being ejected in the third quarter.
LeBron James had just 10 points, nine assists and eight turnovers after scoring 19, 28 and 29 points in the first three games.
Game 5 is Wednesday night in LA.
Earlier on Sunday (Monday AEST), Payton Pritchard hit six of Boston's 24 three-pointers and scored 32 points and Jayson Tatum had 30 points and 11 assists to help Boston beat hosts Philadelphia 128-96 for a 3-1 lead in their Eastern Conference first-round series.
Jaylen Brown added 20 points for the Celtics, while two-time NBA scoring champion Joel Embiid had 26 in his first game since having an appendectomy. Tyrese Maxey chipped in with 22 points for the 76ers.
Game 5 is Tuesday night at TD Garden.
Victor Wembanyama had 27 points, 11 rebounds and seven blocks in his return from a concussion as San Antonio took a 3-1 lead in their series against Portland with a 114-93 victory.
De'Aaron Fox added 28 points for the Spurs, who will return home for Game 5 on Tuesday, while Deni Avdija led the hosts with 26.
San Antonio trailed the Blazers by 17 points at halftime, but the game was knotted at 74 going into the fourth quarter. Fox and Keldon Johnson hit back-to-back three-pointers to put the Spurs up 90-77 with 7:14 left.
"We need to find the answers before having our back against the wall," Wembanyama, the NBA's 7-foot-4 defensive player of the year, said about the second-half comeback.
"But that also shows the strength of our team in adversity. We stick together ... we feed off of each other's energy."
In Toronto, Scottie Barnes hit the go-ahead free throws in the final minute and finished with 23 points, nine rebounds and six assists as the Raptors beat Cleveland 93-89 to tie their series at two games apiece.
Brandon Ingram also scored 23 points, RJ Barrett contributed 18 and Collin Murray-Boyles had 15 points and 10 rebounds for the home side, who won back-to-back post-season games for the first time since a first-round loss to Philadelphia in 2022.
Donovan Mitchell scored 20 points and Harden added 19, but the Cavs couldn't overcome an 18-turnover performance.
Cleveland host Game 5 on Wednesday.
