Perth superstar Brandan Parfitt has continued his love affair of playing against Subiaco, leading the Demons to a 20-point win at Mineral Resources Park on Saturday.

Parfitt racked up 35 disposals, seven inside-50s and two goals in one of the finest performances of his short WAFL career as Perth claimed a vital 12.3 (75) to 7.13 (55) victory.

The former Geelong midfielder was best on ground the last time he played the Lions, racking up 40 touches in another dominant display.

For the Lions, they would rue their inaccuracy, winning the inside 50 count 51-36 but were poor in front of goals to cost themselves any hope of an important win as the race for a top five spot heats up.

It was an arm-wrestle for three quarters, with the Demons in front for most of the day before Josh Robbins kicked his second goal seven minutes into the final term to level the scores.

This triggered an avalanche of majors from the Demons, who booted the last four within 11 minutes to ensure they would walk away with their fifth win of the season.

Parfitt was joined by co-captain Charlie Constable (29 disposals) and veteran Matt Taylor (23 disposals) in strong showings, while down back Charlie Dean had 10 marks to go with 14 touches.

William Tilbee also had his best league game as AFL recruiters continue to monitor his progress collecting 17 touches, four tackles and a goal.

Subiaco fought hard on the back of a stellar game from Marlin Corbett (20 disposals, 10 tackles and six inside 50s) as well as versatile ruckman Jack Mayo, who had 25 hit-outs, 21 touches and five inside 50s to arguably be their best.
