
Guests enjoyed an intimate soirée at Crown Perth’s Crystal Club hosted by world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa, which coincided with his 77th birthday.
The refined Japanese fusion canapé menu was curated by Nobu himself alongside 30 Nobu chefs led by Chef de Cuisine Pingping Poh.
It showcased Nobu’s signature flavours with guests enjoying sashimi, caviar and oysters, paired with champagne and bespoke cocktails.
